Our Galleria Area client is looking for a receptionist/administrator on a temporary to possible hire basis. This person will answer phones and perform administrative duties for 3 different companies located in one office. Duties include answering phones, filing, faxing, data entry, and copying/scanning documents.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of duties and maintain a positive attitude. Must be able to take on various roles depending on the day.
Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
Great phone etiquette
Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Goal-oriented and deadline driven
This is a temporary to possible hire position
